ABSOLUTE WALL is a new technology that leads a new dimension in building more durable & stronger walls. Ever panel is fire-rated, tough & durable, water resistant, sound proof and non-asbestos. An ABSOLUTE WALL Panel is composed of two fiber cement boards connected adjacent to each other and equally spaced through a fiber cement spacer. The panels are used as walls and is poured in with special concrete mixture.

ABSOLUTE WALL Panels vs Conventional Cast-On-Site Systems

The ABSOLUTE WALL System may have some similarities with the cast-on-site/cast-on-place construction used in housing today in the sense that it uses formworks for the poured concrete. However, these are its incomparable advantages over the other:

a. EVEN MORE STRONGER. ABSOLUTE WALL uses a special watery mix of very fine gravels, white sand and cement that ionically bonds perfectly to its fiber cement boards and fiber cement spacers.

b. CLEANER WALLS. Conventional cast-on-site systems uses wood or metal formworks for the wall and had to REMOVE it after the concrete walls are ready. The walls would still need plastering works after. With RITEWALL, every panel is PERMANENT and would form part of your house. Giving you a perfectly clean and durable finish.

Absolute Wall Panel

Is an engineered permanent wall formwork system made from non-asbestos 4x8" fiber cement facing sheets with Fiber Cement Spacers (FCS) in between. The fiber cement smooth facing sheets acts as the finish wall surface that readily accepts paint finish. Absolute Wall panels are concrete filled and reinforced with structural reinforcing bars on-site. Once installed, the system produces a solid and monolithic permanent well that is more durable than conventional hollow blocks and concrete pre-cast wall systems.

6" for Firewalls & Hi-end houses with high walls & thick door jambs.
4" recommended for Exterior Walls
3" recommended for Interior Walls

Insulated Absolute Wall Panel

Is an insulated permanent wall formwork system made from non-asbestos 4x8" fiber cement facing sheets with Fiber Cement Spacers (FCS) in between. The wall has laminated 25mm thick Fire Rated Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) on one side for better therman and acoustic insulation. The fiber cement smooth facing sheets acts as the finish wall surface that readily accepts paint finish. Insulated Absolute Wall panels are concrete filled and reinforced with structural reinforcing bars on-site. Once istalled, the system produces an insulated, solid and monolithic permanent wall. Its thickness variations are similar to Absolute Wall Panel.

Absolute Slab and Ceiling Panel

Is a modern design solid concrete suspended slab and ceiling panel system in one. The panels are structurally reinforced with steel bars and top over with concrete on-site. The system was purposely designed to combine suspended slab and ceiling to reduce construction cost by eliminating the need for a drop ceiling under the suspended slab. Absolute Suspended Slab & Ceiling Panel is not only cost effective and saves construction time but also creates a high ceiling effect on the finished area.

Absolute Woodgrain Trellis

Is an engineered trellis system using embossed woodgrain finish fiber cement boards as permanent formworks. The formworks are structurally reinforced with steel bars depending on trellis length and filled with concrete on-site. Once installed and painted, the trellis system is durable as concrete with the beauty of wood finish trellis. Unlike real wood and steel tubular trellises, Absolute Woodgrain Trellis will not rot, decay, rust and easily deteriorate due to outdoor weathering conditions

Absoute Concrete Fence

Is an innovative method of perimeter fencing construction that utilizes cast on-site technology. The system make use of fiber cement permanent formworks and spacers that is structurally reinforced with steel bars and filled with concrete on-site. Absolute Concrete Fence is not only economically designed but is also far superior in terms of durability and smoothness of fence finish compared to traditional Hollow blocks and pre-cast fence systems.
